The 99-year leasehold tenure, the 204,962 square foot site, the 327,944 square foot gross floor area at plot ratio 1.6, the indicative 335 homes, and the ground-floor commercial provision of up to 1,400 square metres including a minimum 600 square metre Early Childhood Development Centre.
