The Vanda Green is being developed by a joint venture between Wing Tai Holdings and Metro Holdings, contracting through Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd. The joint venture was awarded the Dunearn Road parcel on 4 May 2026 with a bid of S$533 million.
Wing Tai Holdings and The Vanda Green
Wing Tai Holdings has been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange since 1989. The group describes its principal activity as investment holding, with core businesses in real estate, lifestyle retail and hospitality management. Its origins were in garment manufacturing before the shift into property.
Its Singapore residential portfolio has tended towards the smaller, design-led end of the market rather than high-volume delivery. Le Nouvel Ardmore, The M at Middle Road and The LakeGarden Residences are representative. For a buyer, the relevant read is that Wing Tai has generally chosen sites where design and finishing carry the proposition, which is consistent with what this Bukit Timah parcel calls for.
Metro Holdings and The Vanda Green
Metro Holdings is a long-established Singapore group operating a property investment and development arm alongside its retail business. Its participation in this joint venture reflects continued engagement with the Singapore residential market rather than a departure from it.
A Repeat Partnership Behind The Vanda Green
This is the second residential collaboration between the two groups. The first was The Crest, in District 3. A repeat joint venture between two listed companies is a practical signal: the commercial and operational relationship worked well enough to be repeated on a site of this value.

What the Developer Has Said About The Vanda Green
On being awarded the site, Wing Tai described the intention as a residential development of approximately 330 units with commercial uses at the first storey, designed to complement the refined character of the Bukit Timah area. The group also framed its position as a first mover in shaping the Bukit Timah Turf City precinct, with the site benefiting from an adjacent planned park and the wider green network.
Those are statements of intent made at the point of land award, not specifications. They are useful because they set the standard the completed development will be measured against, and because they indicate the segment the developer is aiming at. Detail follows when the factsheet is issued — see project details for what is confirmed today.
